2006-2007 WERC Team

The University of Idaho has competed in the annual Waste Environmental Design Contest since 1993.  This contest is held at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico and is excellent venue for hundreds of college students to demonstrate improved environmental solutions.  The student teams design solutions for real-world problems while developing fully operational bench scale models that are demonstrated to panels of judges.  The teams prepare four different presentations:  written, oral, poster, and bench-scale model.
