While other relationships will fail, a relationship with God will last forever. Jesus said, "Eternal life is this: to know God and Jesus Christ, whom he sent" (John 17:3). We can get to know God by listening to Him as He speaks through His Word, the Bible, we can get to know Him through prayer, and we can experience Him as we gather together to worship Him. Jesus said that whenever even just two or three people gathered together in His name, He would be in our midst (Matthew 18:20).
